Yoga Journal is regarded as the leading authority on Yoga practice and lifestyle for 40 years. It was founded by the California Yoga Teachers Association in 1975. It provides relevant information about Yoga for both novices and experts. Yoga Journal has print and online versions as well as engages with live audience in reporting about meditation, breathing, health, nutrition, and fresh trends. The publication has 12 international editions in 28 nations and five national live events every year.
